RESERVATION

Reservations are made directly online through our booking tool. For parties of 15 or more, please send an email request to groups.stockholm@punkroyale.com.

All reservations must be verified with a credit card to be confirmed. No charge is made at the time of booking. Reservations that are not confirmed immediately are automatically deleted by the system.

BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATION TERMS

The reservation is valid for the stated number of guests. Changes in party size are offered given availability and are made via the dedicated link in the booking confirmation. Free reduction or cancellation is permitted up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival. In the event of reduction or cancellation later than 72 hours (3 days) before arrival, a fee of SEK 1000 per cancelled guest will be charged. This charge also applies for absentee guests or no-shows.

Please note that the person making the reservation is personally responsible for the entire party. This responsibility includes finding a suitable number of substitutes for any late reductions in party size – regardless of reason – in order to avoid being charged a fee.

ALLERGIES/DIETARIES

Allergies/dietaries are reported at time of booking. Please state the number of people for which each discrete allergy/dietary applies. Additional information and/or revisions can be emailed to specialdiet.stockholm@punkroyale.com up to 48 hours before arrival. Allergies/dietaries that are not reported in time will not be accommodated. Punk Royale cannot serve vegans, or people who are allergic to milk protein, eggs, citrus or onion/garlic. We have no lactose-free products, but we do offer lactose pills. For more information about which allergies we can accommodate, see the bottom of this page.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES

Punk Royale CANNOT accommodate the following allergies/ dietaries:

• Lactose  (lactose pills available on request)
• Milk protein
• Egg
• Citrus
• Onion/garlic
• Vegan

Punk Royale CAN accommodate the following allergies/dietaries on request:

• Gluten/celiaki
• Nuts – NB: there may be traces of nuts in our restaurant
• Fish/shellfish
• Meat-free – please specify vegetarian or pescetarian
• Non-alcoholic beverage pairing

ALL allergies/dietaries must be reported no later than 48 hrs before your visit by emailing specialdiet.stockholm@punkroyale.com
